Today's travel tip: When visiting Dubai, don't forget to stop at the Mall of the Emirates to see the world's oil barons flaunting their wealth, and occasionally letting their tigers catch air in the Range Rover.
It seems like some kind of outtake from "The Hangover," if it was set in one of the rare Middle Eastern emirates that allow alcohol. And based on that movie alone, this is one Range Rover that the gang at Dubai Carmax won't enjoy cleaning up.
